Toxicology Expert Witness

Toxicology expert witnesses evaluate drug and chemical exposure levels, overdose management, substance impairment assessment, and the pharmacokinetics of medications, illicit drugs, and environmental toxins. They interpret blood and urine toxicology panels, drug levels, exposure modeling, and postmortem toxicology to determine causation, impairment, and whether medical management of poisoning or overdose met accepted protocols.
